Dr. Fozia is Khyber Medical College graduate. Later on she did her FCPS in Pathology from CPSP. Awarded best resident in Histopathology by The Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi.

She attended different courses and workshops. She also presented her papers in seminars and expo. She has six publications to her credit published in different national and international journals.
