Prof. Dr. Hafeez ur Rehman did his graduation from Rawalpindi Medical College in 1982. He did his FCPS from College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan in 1998 and did his ICO in the same year.

He worked as Incharge Medical Officer of Health Services in Islamic Republic of Iran. He worked as Registrar Ophthalmology in Rawalpindi General Hospital. He Worked Assistant Professor and then Associate Professor Ophthalmology in Rawalpindi General Hospital.
He worked for 3 years as Associate Dean and Principal Islamic International Medical College, Islamabad. He remained President of Pakistan Islamic Medical Association (PIMA) from 2000-2002. Remained Secretary General of Federation of Islamic Medical Associations (FIMA) from 2001-2005. He was Director Medical Relief Al-Khidmat Foundation from Oct 2005-Jan 2008. From Jan 2008 onwards he has been the responsibility of Vice President Al-Khidmat Foundation.  From 2005, serving as Director FIMA Save Vision.
He attended different Conferences and Seminars on National and International level and presented papers on numerous occasions. Awarded Life Time Achievement Award in the Silver Jubilee Convention of Rawalpindi Medical College.
Presently working as Professor & Head of Ophthalmology Department and Vice Dean Academics and International Affairs, Peshawar Medical College.  His job responsibilities includes:-

• To prepare a comprehensive calendar of five years study and one year house job for the students
• To develop the integrated curriculum with blend of COME and PBL.
• Formation of International faculty of Peshawar Medical College.
• Development of Coordination and Collaboration with Institutions abroad.
