He did his M. Sc Biochemistry in 1974 and did his Ph.D in 1986. Did his Postgraduate Diploma in Health Planning and Management in 1998.

He Joined Pakistan Medical & Research Council (PMRC) as Research Officer in 1975 and got retired as Principal Research Officer / Center Incharge in 2006.
 
He got post doctorate trainings on National level in JPMC, HEJ Karachi, and NIFA Peshawar. He also attended trainings on International level in Koyto Japan and Ontario Canada, Rome Italy.

• Supervisions and Training of Staff in Laboratory Techniques / Analytical work.
• Teaching / Training in Research Methodology Postgraduate students of M. Sc, MPH, M. Phil, Ph. D, FCPS and Diploma.
• Data / Paper Presentation in various National Conferences, Seminars and Symposiums.

He possesses honorary positions in various Colleges and Universities of NWFP

Having Thirty Three years of experience in the field of Research, he has Sixty Two (62) research papers to his credit published in different National and International Journals.
